FAQs

Find answers to common questions about our services, process, engagement model, and how we support clients. This page is designed to give you clarity, confidence, and a straightforward understanding of how we work.

What does ESL Consultancy actually do?

We help leadership teams modernise the way they operate through practical AI adoption, stronger operating systems, KPI visibility, cleaner communication, and better execution.

Who do you work with?

Primarily CEOs, founders, and senior leadership teams who want practical change rather than abstract theory.

Do you only advise, or do you implement as well?

Both. Depending on the engagement, ESL Consultancy can advise, design, install, optimise, or manage implementation with specialist support where needed.

How do the 30-day and 90-day sprints work?

Unless a special arrangement applies, sprint work is used to create focus and momentum around a defined scope. A sprint can include diagnostics, workshops, system design, implementation, reporting, or change support.

What happens after a sprint?

Where more support is useful, the work can continue on a monthly retainer for optimisation, governance, reporting, maintenance, or additional delivery.

Do you work with a client's existing tech stack?

Yes. The goal is to improve the way the business runs, not force unnecessary tool changes. ESL Consultancy can work with existing systems where sensible and connect multiple platforms through clean process design and automation.

Do you build AI automations and KPI systems?

Yes. That includes scoreboards, dashboards, workflow automations, decision systems, and AI-enabled revenue or operational workflows where commercially useful.

Can you help with leadership communication and accountability?

Yes. Many engagements focus on communication standards, execution discipline, meeting rhythms, feedback loops, and accountability structures.

Do you offer monthly retainers?

Yes. Monthly retainers are available for ongoing support after an initial sprint or project phase, unless a different arrangement is agreed.

How do we get started?

The simplest route is to book a call, discuss the current challenge, clarify priorities, and decide whether a sprint, advisory engagement, project, or retainer is the right fit.
